This privacy pledge covers how The Achievers Centre (TAC) treats personal information that TAC collects and receives, including information related to your use of TAC services. Personal information is information about you that is personally identifiable like your name, address, email address, or phone number, and that is not otherwise publicly available.
This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that TAC does not own or control, or to people that TAC does not employ or manage.
Our website provider and/or Mailjol is the authorized form processors for TAC Web Service. When you register to sign up with TAC, your email address and other information will be collected and stored by our website provider and/or Mailjol. Our website provider and/or Allforms.mailjol.net will not use your information for any purpose other than processing the form on behalf of TAC. TAC does not share your information with other third parties.
PayPal is the authorized payment processors for TAC Web Service. They request information from the user on their order form. A user must provide contact information (such as name, email, and address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customer's orders. If we have trouble processing an order, the information is used to contact the user.

In order to use TAC services or purchase content on our site, you may need to sign up with TAC. When you register so sign up with us, we will ask for certain information such as your first and last name, email address, and country.
When you place an order on our site, we will ask for the name, shipping address, and phone number where you would like to receive your package. In our ordering process, we will ask for your payment information and billing address. You can either pay us through Cheque, Bank Transfer, Bank Draft or Paypal. If you do not elect to pay with Paypal, we will ask to post your Cheque or Bank Draft to TAC through registered mail.
When you contact TAC through the “Contact us” on our website, you may also have the opportunity of signing up for our newsletter. The only information we stored through this form is your email address, which we will use for no other purpose other than sending you the TAC newsletter.
At the registration stage, you may also have the opportunity to opt-in to news and updates from TAC. If you choose to opt-in, we may send you email communications such as newsletters and invitations to TAC meet-ups in your area.
Special Offers and Updates
We send all new clients a welcoming email to verify their sign up. Established clients will occasionally receive information on products, services & special deals. Out of respect for the privacy of our users, we present the option to not receive these types of communications.
On rare occasions it is necessary to send out a strictly service related announcement. Therefore, whether or not you opt-in to news and updates from TAC, there are still certain (very rare) types of email communications you will receive from TAC.
